The Scorpion Helmet Mounted Cueing System (HMCS) is described by our current customers — pilots and integrators — as their solution of choice by virtue of its inherent “disruptive” and “game-changing” technologies, ease of installation and rapid deployment, and affordable procurement and life cycle costs.

Thales Visionix’s full-rate production and on-going development of the HMCS is organized around an Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD) philosophy. At the multi-disciplinary team’s core resides a focus on optimizing product design, integration, testing, manufacturing and support processes. The technical team also strives to successfully balance product and processes, continuous attention to all functional areas, increased customer involvement, continuous lifecycle planning and proactive identification and management of risk. Program Managers and Project Engineers provide the daily operational leadership to the team comprised of software, mechanical, electrical, optical and systems engineers.
